Enable transaction alerts so Daily Benji can track your spending
Using the Citi Website:
Log in to your account at
www.citi.com
with your username and password.
Navigate to "Profile & Settings" (typically
found near your name in the upper right corner of the page).
Click either "Enroll in Alerts" or
"Manage Alerts".
Enter your preferred email address(es) for alerts in the
designated fields (you can usually add up to two email
addresses).
Choose to "Enroll all cards" or select specific
cards individually for alerts.
Under the alert types, select
"Credit Card Transaction Alert (real-time)" for
your credit cards or
"Debit Transaction Alert (real-time)" for your
debit cards.
Ensure that EMAIL is clearly selected as the
delivery method (and not just SMS).
Accept the Terms and Conditions.
Click "Continue", then
"Save & Done" to finalize your settings.
Repeat for all cards: If you have multiple Citi
cards, you must repeat these steps for each one to ensure all
transactions are captured.
Alternative Navigation Path (if the above doesn't work):
After logging in, go to the Services menu
(located in the top navigation bar).
Select My Profile.
Click Citi Alerts or
Citi Alerting Service.
Choose "Enroll in / Manage Alerts".
Follow steps 4-11 from the "Standard Navigation Path" above.
Important: Email is Required
For Daily Benji to work, you must select Email as
the delivery method for your transaction alerts.
Next: Set Up Email Forwarding
Once you've enabled Citi alerts, you'll need to forward them to your
Daily Benji inbox.
